TCR/BCR Analysis Pipeline

Pipeline Overview

FASTQ → MiXCR align → Assemble → Export → VDJtools diversity → Visualization

Step 1: MiXCR Processing

# Align reads to V(D)J segments
mixcr align -s hsa -p rna-seq \
