Core Workflow
- Identify the baked good, desired crumb or structure, formula type, and current defect or adaptation goal.
- Map ingredient roles: flour or starch, water, sugar, fat, eggs or binders, leavening, salt, acids, inclusions, and tenderizers.

Baking Guidance
