WeChat Meme Sticker Maker
Turn the user's uploaded photos into a coherent nine-sticker reaction pack while preserving recognizable facial, hair, age, and clothing traits.
Workflow
- Inspect the supplied photos and ask only for missing choices that materially change the result. Otherwise use the default reaction set: sunglasses, tongue-out, love, rocket, party, crying, confusion, shock, and deadpan side-eye.
- Use the reusable prompt in templates/generation_prompt.md, adapting the subject and any requested theme. Generate one square RGBA sheet with a 3x3 layout and wide, fully transparent gutters.
- Verify the generated file has an alpha channel. Reject flat white, black, or checkerboard backgrounds masquerading as transparency.
- Run
scripts/split_sticker_sheet.py on the approved sheet. It detects transparent gutters, removes tiny isolated alpha specks, crops each sticker, centers it, and creates original, 512px, and 240px exports plus previews and ZIP archives.
- Inspect the contact-sheet preview. If automatic gutter detection is wrong, rerun with explicit
--x-cuts and --y-cuts boundaries.
- Return the 240px ZIP for WeChat import, the 512px ZIP for editing, and the full bundle. Mention any material deviations from the requested expressions.
