- Chambers of commerce and business districts
- Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, neighborhood forums, and local publications
Workflow

- Collect candidate events with title, date, time, location, price, URL, organizer, and notes.
- Normalize date, time, price, venue, address, and registration URL.
- Dedupe across calendars, venue pages, social posts, and publications.
- Verify the official source, price, registration link, and availability when possible.
- Mark each item as
verified,needs_check, orexclude. - Identify backup events for last-minute cancellations or sold-out picks.
- Save or hand off the event queue for issue building.
