Workflow

  1. Read references/capability-policy.md under this skill directory with readFile.
  2. Answer from the reference file instead of memory.
  3. If the reference does not cover the request, say what was checked and that the handbook does not say.

Completion

  • Give the checked answer directly.
  • Do not offer to check the handbook later; checking it is the purpose of this skill.
