Use the system imagegen skill and image-generation tool. Treat every uploaded photograph as the edit source. Compress its subject and relationship into one coarse black mass whose white openings preserve identity and story.

Output contract

• Produce one independent raster poster for every uploaded photo. Never combine photos into a collage, contact sheet, comparison layout, diptych, or shared canvas.
• Use a 3:4 portrait canvas with one exact horizontal 50/50 division. Keep truthful photography in the upper half and the black-crayon silhouette illustration in the lower half. Do not let either medium invade the other.

Preserve the photographic upper half

Keep the source recognizably photographic. Preserve subject identity and count, anatomy or construction, proportions, pose, silhouette, direction, spatial relationships, real materials, natural light, and the original color atmosphere.

Apply only restrained art-magazine, independent-publication, or exhibition-photography color correction. Do not redraw, vectorize, beautify, materially relight, or apply crayon, silhouette, typography, or graphic overlays to this region.

Crop deliberately for the upper half. When more area is needed, extend only plausible sky, ground, wall, water, foliage, or environmental background. Never stretch, warp, mirror, duplicate, or redesign the subject.

Identify the one visual unit

Before prompting, privately identify:

1. the one hero subject or most important interacting group;
2. its decisive posture, movement, distance, contact, gaze, or other narrative relationship;
3. the outer contour, major mass, and one personality-bearing local feature;
4. one or two areas that should be cut from black as white recognition zones;
5. the minimum black points, short lines, or symbols needed inside those white zones;
6. the source emotion, action, time, or tiny story that can guide the composition and wording;
7. the one ground line, environmental mark, or spatial cue needed to prevent the hero from floating aimlessly;
8. one concise English title and one or two microtext groups.

If the photograph has multiple subjects, preserve the decisive interaction and treat the group as one silhouette system. Do not give every subject equal visual weight.

Do not expose this analysis or repeat the user's design brief.

Compress form with gentle exaggeration

Reduce the hero to a rounded, solid, slightly awkward primary mass. Preserve the core body/structure proportions and pose, but allow a modest enlargement of the head, upper contour, body volume, roof, vessel mouth, animal face, or another memorable local feature.

Use exaggeration only to improve recognition and emotional tone. Keep the hero broad, warm, and compact rather than cute by formula.

For groups, merge touching or overlapping subjects into one connected visual unit while preserving the meaningful gap, contact, or directional opposition between them.

Avoid chibi proportions, mascot faces, emoji expressions, identical round bodies, generic blob characters, full realistic anatomy, detailed architecture, or a literal traced silhouette.

Build black with physical dry strokes

Construct the dark mass from many short, forceful passes of wax crayon, oil pastel, charcoal, or dry rubbing. Show:

• paper grain caught between strokes;
• broken marks and local skipped fibers;
• pressure dents, overlap, and uneven coverage;
• rough furry edges and occasional black crumbs;
• slight contour wobble and incomplete joins;
• small internal paper-white scratches and accidental openings.

Keep the overall silhouette readable and black-dominant. Use repeated dry marks to create physical density rather than a smooth digital fill.

Do not use glossy paint, soft airbrush, opaque vector black, perfectly smooth borders, photorealistic charcoal shading, gradient modeling, large gray washes, crosshatching, thick impasto, or a digital crayon texture placed inside a clean shape.

Carve white recognition zones

Cut one or two crisp-but-handmade white areas from the black mass at the feature most essential to identity:

• face or eye region;
• animal muzzle, mask, or chest patch;
• window, arch, door, or roof opening;
• vessel mouth, wheel center, tool opening, or object core;
• a relational gap between two subjects;
• another source-specific negative shape.

Use only a few black dots, short lines, or symbols inside or beside the white zone for expression and structure. Keep the black/white contrast direct and memorable.

Do not create realistic facial features, many small holes, lace-like detail, a white outline around the full hero, or equal white patches scattered for decoration.

Compose one relationship in empty paper

Place the hero centered, lightly offset, partially cropped, suspended, or near the lower part of the page according to its posture and story. Use large nearly white paper around it.

Add only one rough ground friction line or a few environmental marks such as grass, rain, smoke, tabletop, shadow, road, wind, or horizon when they are needed. Compress them into simple crayon scratches or short symbols.

Let posture, movement, distance, contact, and negative space carry the narrative. Keep one center of gravity and one quiet exit.

Avoid complex scenery, many props, full background drawing, repeated figures, decorative borders, centered logo composition, dense marks, or equal attention to every environment detail.

Present the result as a flat paper artwork. Do not add a frame, wall, desk, sketchbook, crayons, hands, gallery mockup, children's book cover mockup, product card, or packaging.

Integrate small English text

Derive one short English title from the source's emotion, action, relation, time, or micro-story. Do not merely name the location or object.

Add one or two tiny supporting groups: a number, chapter marker, state word, brief original reflective line, or restrained microcopy. Do not attribute a quote unless the user supplied it. Do not invent dates, places, or factual numbers.

Use restrained printed small type with, at most, a little awkward handwriting or crayon lettering. Place text along the ground line, movement direction, blank paper, silhouette edge, negative gap, or a fine connector line.

Keep text integrated and sparse. Avoid commercial headlines, long copy, motivational slogans, decorative lettering piles, logos, brands, signatures, pseudo-language, or watermarks.

Compile the image-edit prompt

Write one source-specific production prompt per input photo containing:

1. one independent 3:4 portrait output and the exact 50% photography / 50% crayon-silhouette split;
2. the upper-half preservation invariants, restrained color correction, crop, and any safe background extension;
3. the lower hero/group, relationship, posture, movement, proportion, major mass, personality-bearing feature, and narrative gap/contact;
4. the exact rounded compression and restrained exaggeration used to preserve identity;
5. the dry black medium, short stroke direction, pressure, overlap, grain, skipped fibers, dents, uneven coverage, rough edge, crumbs, wobble, and paper-white scratches;
6. the exact one or two white recognition zones and the minimal black dots/lines/symbols inside them;

Use concrete mass, dry-mark behavior, white cutout, relation, scale, and blank-space language rather than relying on adjectives such as “premium,” “cute,” “rough,” or “childlike.”

Inspect and correct

Review every result at full size and thumbnail size. Verify the exact split, truthful upper photography, recognizable rounded black hero, one core relationship, physical dry-medium texture, clean paper-white ground, one or two strong white recognition zones, minimal environment marks, one title, and one-to-two microtext groups.

If it looks like a smooth silhouette, rebuild the black from short physical strokes and expose paper grain. If identity is weak, strengthen the outer mass and one white feature zone. If it becomes cute or sticker-like, remove white borders and generic facial features. If the scene becomes busy, delete environment marks until only the relationship remains. If gray shading appears, return to black coverage variation and white paper exposure. Regenerate with one targeted correction when needed.
