Use the system imagegen skill and image-generation tool. Treat every uploaded photograph as an edit source and preserve direct recognition between its photographic and foam-material states.

Output contract

• Produce one independent raster poster for every uploaded photo. Never combine photos into a collage, contact sheet, diptych, or shared canvas.
• Use a 3:4 portrait canvas with one exact horizontal 50/50 division. Keep truthful photography in the upper half and a flat soap-foam reconstruction in the lower half. Do not let either medium invade the other.
• Form the lower hero directly on a flat surface from white suds, fine bubbles, transparent bubble film, moisture, and soap residue. It is not a freestanding form, thick foam model, or 3D sculpture.
• Return every poster as a separate image. Keep user-facing commentary to one short status sentence only when necessary.

Preserve the photographic upper half

Keep the source recognizably photographic. Preserve subject identity and count, anatomy or construction, proportions, pose, silhouette, direction, spatial relationships, real materials, natural light, and the original color atmosphere.

Apply only restrained art-magazine, independent-publication, or exhibition-photography color correction. Do not redraw, vectorize, beautify, materially relight, or apply foam, water, paper texture, illustration marks, or graphic overlays to this region.

Crop deliberately for the upper half. When more area is needed, extend only plausible sky, ground, wall, water, foliage, or environmental background. Never stretch, warp, mirror, duplicate, or redesign the subject.

Distill the source into foam

For each photograph, privately identify:

1. the one hero subject or inseparable relationship carrying recognition;
2. its essential outer contour, proportion, pose, movement, structural turns, and negative spaces;
3. the visual center of gravity, dominant axis, and direction in which the form should spread;
4. which parts need dense suds, thin bubble film, broken edges, wet residue, or empty gaps;
5. the source hue and temperature best suited to a deep background;
6. one extremely short English title and a few supported state words or micro-notes.

Translate rather than trace. Keep only the decisive silhouette, proportions, gesture, openings, and structural changes. Re-describe these through foam aggregation, dispersion, rupture, and residue. Preserve the narrative relationship when two elements are inseparable.

Do not expose this analysis or repeat the user's design brief.

Keep the lower scene optically flat

Use a frontal, eye-level, distortion-free camera aimed squarely at the support plane. Keep horizontal and vertical relationships accurate. Avoid wide-angle stretch, tilted perspective, foreshortening, dramatic close/far exaggeration, edge distortion, tabletop perspective, or oblique product photography.

Arrange the foam according to the hero's weight, contour flow, and action. It may be centered or lightly offset, with intentional local spread or cropping. Retain a clear axis, stable balance, and large quiet areas.

Add only a few scattered bubbles, water marks, damp joins, or soap traces around the hero to suggest a real event. They must support the contour and directional rhythm rather than become decoration. Do not mechanically center every subject or fill the background with bubbles.

The foam may rise microscopically from the wet surface, but it must remain visually attached to the plane. Avoid volumetric sidewalls, heavy cast shadows, floating clumps, or the silhouette of a sculpted object.

Derive a dark wet support

Choose a deep background hue from the upper photograph whenever possible, then darken, purify, and refine it. If the source provides no credible dark candidate, choose a restrained deep hue from its temperature, mood, and subject character.

Use one clean, low-reflection flat surface with a subtle damp sheen. It should be deep rather than crushed, saturated enough to avoid muddy gray, and quiet enough to let white foam read clearly. Preserve an implicit chromatic link to the upper photo.

Avoid pale low-contrast grounds, default featureless black when the source suggests a better hue, dirty brown-gray, bright saturated color, gradients, scenery, tile grout, bathroom fixtures, fabric folds, marble, or a display environment.

Render physically credible soap foam

Use true white, milky white, and translucent layers built from irregular bubbles of varied size. Show thin clear membranes, delicate wet rims, local bubble coalescence, partial popping, broken clusters, damp edges, minute droplets, and restrained soap residue.

Use soft controlled reflection and enough micro-contrast to reveal bubble structure while keeping the composition clean. Vary density: compact foam for structural weight, sparse bubbles for transitions, transparent film for delicate internal planes, and open wet surface for negative space.

Avoid shaving cream, whipped cream, milk foam, frosting, cotton, wool, clouds, snow, smoke, solid white plastic, pearl beads, identical circles, inflated balloons, iridescent cartoon bubbles, and generic CGI simulation. Do not add rainbow sheen unless an extremely subtle real membrane reflection is necessary.

Integrate editorial microtype

Derive one extremely short English title from the subject's identity, action, mood, or metaphor. Add only a few supported state words or micro-notes.

Arrange text along the hero contour, main axis, foam boundary, or a genuine negative-space gap. Letters may be locally occluded by foam, pass through a sparse bubble field, or be preserved as a clean negative shape when legibility remains intact. Keep typography delicate, low-key, and visibly part of the surface.

Do not use years, issue numbers, invented coordinates or facts, long copy, logos, brands, signatures, pseudo-language, or watermarks.

Compile the image-edit prompt

Write one source-specific production prompt per input photo containing:

1. one independent 3:4 portrait output and the exact 50% photography / 50% flat-foam split;
2. the upper-half preservation invariants, restrained color correction, deliberate crop, and any safe background extension;
3. the lower hero's preserved contour, proportion, pose, movement, structural turns, negative spaces, and narrative relation;
4. the exact map of dense suds, varied bubbles, transparent film, ruptures, damp edges, residue, and open wet surface;
5. the frontal distortion-free camera, flat support, placement, scale, axis, balance, and surrounding quiet space;
6. the exact source-responsive dark hue, value, saturation, low reflection, and subtle wetness;
7. the exact English title and microtext with their contour-, axis-, foam-, or negative-shape-aware placement;
8. hard exclusions: no multi-photo layout, no altered or redrawn upper subject, no approximate split, no perspective distortion, no 3D foam sculpture, no thick model, no floating clumps, no cream, cotton, cloud, snow, plastic, pearl, balloon, or cartoon bubble material, no pale low-contrast ground, no bathroom-advertising scene, no decorative bubble field, no mockup environment, no logo, and no watermark.

Use concrete camera, surface, bubble, moisture, spacing, and material language rather than relying on adjectives such as “premium,” “clean,” or “foamy.”

Inspect and correct

Review every result at full size and thumbnail size. Verify the exact split, truthful upper photography, immediate lower-subject recognition, frontal flat-plane geometry, stable balance, large quiet space, source-responsive dark support, physically varied soap foam, restrained wet traces, and integrated typography.

If the foam looks sculptural, remove sidewalls, heavy shadows, floating volume, and perspective depth; restate that it lies directly on the surface. If it resembles cream, cotton, or clouds, introduce distinct bubble membranes, wet rims, ruptures, and transparent film. If it resembles identical beads or cartoon bubbles, vary bubble size, density, merging, collapse, and residue. If the background feels generic or muddy, re-anchor its hue to the upper image and purify it. If the lower half becomes busy, remove scattered bubbles and restore quiet wet surface. Regenerate with one targeted correction when needed.
