Small Subject Acrylic Cover Poster

Use the system imagegen skill and image-generation tool. Treat every uploaded photograph as the edit source. Keep the lower illustration small enough that recognition, color, paper, and silence do all the work.

Output contract

• Produce one independent raster poster for every uploaded photo. Never combine photos into a collage, contact sheet, comparison layout, diptych, or shared canvas.
• Use a 3:4 portrait canvas with one exact horizontal 50/50 division. Keep truthful photography in the upper half and the acrylic cover illustration in the lower half. Do not let either medium invade the other.
• Preserve immediate correspondence through the hero's silhouette, posture, direction, proportion, relationship, and a few defining color shapes.
• Keep the lower hero compact, usually about 10–20% of the lower half by visual weight.
• Use no more than four main colors, including any dark line color but excluding the paper itself when it remains unpainted.
• Use the user's language for text unless they request another language.
• Return every poster as a separate image. Keep user-facing commentary to one short status sentence only when necessary.

Preserve the photographic upper half

Keep the source recognizably photographic. Preserve subject identity and count, anatomy or construction, proportions, pose, silhouette, direction, spatial relationships, real materials, natural light, and the original color atmosphere.

Apply only restrained magazine- or art-publication color correction. Do not redraw, vectorize, beautify, materially relight, or apply acrylic blocks, line art, typography, paper texture, or graphic overlays to this region.

Crop deliberately for the upper half. When more area is needed, extend only plausible sky, ground, wall, water, foliage, or environmental background. Never stretch, warp, mirror, duplicate, or redesign the subject.

Extract the smallest sufficient image

Before prompting, privately identify:

1. the one hero subject or inseparable relationship carrying recognition;
2. its decisive silhouette, posture, direction, scale, and three to six identity cues;
3. the smallest set of broad color masses required to reconstruct it;
4. the one or two structural lines needed to clarify contour, joint, opening, gaze, branch, roof, path, or support;
5. the minimum environment hint needed for relationship and space;
6. the source's most spirited colors and which four or fewer should remain;
7. the hero's best small placement, crop, orientation, and surrounding blank-space shape;
8. one concise title or theme word and only the few supporting details the source can justify.

Delete descriptive texture, realistic light, secondary scenery, and small detail. Do not expose this analysis or repeat the user's design brief.

Make color blocks carry the subject

Construct the hero primarily from a few complete matte acrylic planes. Use color blocks for body, garment, roof, foliage, vehicle mass, object surface, terrain, water, or another major source form.

Keep shapes simplified but source-specific. Preserve the decisive proportion and relational gap. Let one block overlap or crop another when the source has depth or contact.

Use fine line only to suggest structure; do not rely on an outline to rescue weak color shapes. At thumbnail size, the color masses alone should already imply the subject.

Avoid many small shapes, full realistic modeling, gradient shading, smooth vector geometry, sticker borders, generic icons, cartoon facial features, and large black outlines.

Draw fine, slightly unstable structure

Use thin hand-drawn lines with subtle variation in pressure, direction, and steadiness. Allow a little wobble, imperfect join, short break, or offset where it adds human rhythm.

Use lines for only the essential contour fragments, expression, openings, folds, stems, windows, axles, horizon, or environmental hints. Keep line density low.

Avoid repeated sketch lines, hairy edges, scratchy noise, thick marker, technical precision, vector smoothness, hatching, photorealistic detail, and deliberate childish scribble.

Compose a small concentrated anchor

Place the hero at about 10–20% of the lower visual area. It may be centered, lightly offset, near the lower area, suspended, or cropped according to the source posture and story.

Use blank paper around it as the dominant composition. Add only one or two environmental cues: a ground line, tiny horizon, shadow-like plane, branch, road, water strip, wall edge, or other source-supported mark.

Keep one center of gravity and one calm reading path. Let the hero's direction activate the surrounding paper without filling it.

Avoid enlarging the hero beyond the intended scale, adding many props, complete scenery, decorative borders, repeated motifs, a centered logo layout, equal margins by formula, and complex background blocks.

Present the result as a flat cover artwork. Do not add a book mockup, wall, frame, desk, brush, paint tube, gallery room, product card, or publishing presentation board.

Translate no more than four colors

Extract the upper photograph's most recognizable and life-filled hues. Compress them into no more than four main colors with clear roles:

• one principal subject color;
• one supporting color;
• one dark line/structure color;
• optionally one small accent or environment color.

Use rough white or pale source-derived paper as the background. Preserve the source's warm/cool relationship while increasing clarity and simplifying noise.

Keep acrylic blocks bright, complete, matte, and restrained. Show slight brush drag, small pigment variation, paper absorption, and irregular painted edges.

Avoid watercolor bloom, colored-pencil strokes, wax crayon drag, oil-paint thickness, gradients, neon, rainbow palettes, muddy gray, yellowed vintage wash, glossy fill, digital airbrush, and more than four active colors.

Integrate sparse cover text

Choose a short title, theme word, subject name, supported place, or brief phrase according to the source. Add only a few optional details such as a number, chapter, user-provided year/date, or tiny sentence.

Use a year, date, location, or number only when the user or reliable metadata provides it. Do not invent factual-looking cover information.

Place text loosely within the blank paper or align it to the hero, horizon, color block, or page edge. Keep type small, restrained, and integrated. It may use a light handmade character, slender serif, or simple editorial sans serif.

Avoid large commercial titles, dense subtitles, forced city names, decorative type systems, many font styles, logos, brands, signatures, pseudo-language, and watermarks.

Preserve physical paper and paint

Use rough white or pale paper with visible but subtle grain. Show scanning softness, pigment absorption, slight paint compression, and imperfect edges.

Keep light flat and neutral; do not model the artwork as an object casting a strong shadow. The lower half should look like an original painted page, not a photographed canvas or 3D paper craft.

Avoid heavy aging, stains, torn edges, dark vignettes, thick shadows, glossy varnish, realistic canvas weave, digital noise, 3D relief, and mockup lighting.

Compile the image-edit prompt

Write one source-specific production prompt per input photo containing:

1. one independent 3:4 portrait output and the exact 50% photography / 50% acrylic-cover split;
2. the upper-half preservation invariants, restrained color correction, crop, and any safe background extension;
3. the lower hero, relationship, silhouette, posture, direction, proportion, three to six identity cues, and minimal environment hint;
4. the exact broad acrylic planes, overlaps, crop, omitted detail, and how color blocks create recognition;
5. the exact thin structural lines, pressure variation, wobble, breaks, joins, and low line density;
6. the hero's 10–20% scale, placement, center of gravity, blank-space shape, one-to-two environment cues, entry, focal hold, and quiet exit;
7. the exact no-more-than-four source-derived colors and their subject/support/line/accent roles;
8. the rough paper, matte acrylic, brush drag, pigment variation, absorption, edge irregularity, and scan softness;
9. the exact title and optional small text in the user's language, with factual support for any date/year/place/number and their hero/horizon/block/edge placement;
10. hard exclusions: no multi-photo layout, no altered or redrawn upper subject, no approximate split, no hero larger than the intended small scale, no detailed realistic scene, no pure line art, no watercolor, no colored pencil, no wax crayon, no thick oil paint, no gradient, no smooth digital vector, no more than four colors, no 3D, no book/product mockup, no false facts, no logo, and no watermark.

Use concrete scale, color-block shape, line economy, paper, paint, and blank-space language rather than relying on adjectives such as “premium,” “cute,” “poetic,” or “cover-like.”

Inspect and correct

Review every result at full size and thumbnail size. Verify the exact split, truthful upper photography, lower hero at roughly 10–20%, immediate recognition from color masses, fine sparse line, no more than four colors, large quiet paper, physical acrylic/paper character, and restrained integrated text.

If the hero becomes too large, reduce it and restore paper. If recognition depends on many lines, redesign the color masses. If the work looks digital, add matte pigment variation, absorption, and imperfect painted edges. If it resembles watercolor or crayon, restore complete acrylic planes and remove blooms or wax drag. If text feels like a commercial cover, shrink and simplify it. Regenerate with one targeted correction when needed.
