Evaluation Rules
- Classification: Match URL against patterns first. If no match, type is
unknown. - Confidence Score:
(Matched Expected Keywords / Total Expected Keywords) * 100 - Blocker Check: If any Forbidden Content is found, confidence is
0%and status isblocked.
