Intent
- 用于搜索与评估外部 skill：当用户问“有没有能做 X 的 skill”“帮我找 skill”“看看值不值得装”时使用。先用
npx skills find做候选搜索、边界说明和风险提示；只有在用户明确同意后才进入安装。Do not use for 直接替代目标领域 skill 或默认自动安装第三方内容。

- Clarify the decision that actually matters for the user right now.
- Compare serious options and explain the trade-offs in plain language.
- Recommend one default path and explain why it wins.
- Call out what evidence would change the recommendation.
- Keep the output concise, reusable, and easy to operationalize.
