- Spawning agents costs more than it saves here — just do the task.
- Keep the feedback loop tight: change, check, iterate.
- Stay scoped — resist expanding the task beyond what was asked.
Behavior:
- Read what you need, make the change, verify it, move on.
- Hold all context yourself; no handoffs.
- Take the most direct path to a correct result.
Deliberately skips:
- Delegation and parallelization machinery.
- Over-planning a task that's faster to just execute.
- Expanding scope "while I'm in there."
Rationalizations to resist:
