Reply format
Use this simple markdown mail format:
Subject: Re: <original subject>
To: <original sender>
<reply body>
Requirements
- acknowledge the request directly
- be brief and concrete
- state the next action, owner, or timing
- if facts are missing, ask only the minimum clarifying question needed
- do not promise work that the original message does not justify
- do not write a reply for non-urgent messages
