Steps

- Every active project: still want?

- Areas: health skim.
- Draft kill/pause list if over WIP — confirm before status changes.

limits.max_weekly_p0P0s with one-line why each. - Write weekly review file. Mark P0s PROPOSED until user confirms.
- On confirm only: apply priority/focus seeds; else leave project state unchanged.
- Optional: name
life-sync-workspacesfor an advisory disk report.
