Steps
- Locate the life vault from session context. Read vault agent instructions if present.
- Read Personal OS config (
layout,roots,limits). - Open home/dashboard if present.
- Match intent → one personal skill. Announce
Using <skill>. - If user requests product work (design, code, PR): produce a handoff and stop. Proceed into the work itself only when the user has given a scoped grant this turn — no grant, no product work.
- Before any new

Red flags
- Producing paste-ready design/code in the vault
- Skipping config and inventing folder paths
- Opening a sixth active project without a pause
