Gas Spike Monitor

Description

Monitor gas price spikes across blockchain networks including Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and BSC. Compares current gas prices against baseline values and triggers alerts when spikes exceed configured thresholds with live RPC integration.
