Treat this name as deprecated. Tell the user once that implementation-brief is the replacement.
If ../implementation-brief/SKILL.md exists, read it completely and follow its Create or Audit mode. If it is unavailable, produce a compact durable artifact containing:
- objective and definition of done
- current-state evidence
- material decisions and boundaries
- implementation changes and interfaces
- verification, rollout, and rollback when applicable
Do not add model recommendations, context-size routing, one-thread-per-conversation rules, execution manifests, or completion ledgers unless the user explicitly requests them.
For ordinary planning that does not need a saved handoff artifact, use the runtime's native planning behavior instead of manufacturing a PRD.
