One Thing

Apply the principle of The ONE Thing (Gary Keller & Jay Papasan) to help someone find clarity, set priorities, and take action. Use this skill whenever someone is overwhelmed, has too many priorities, needs to decide what to focus on, is setting goals, feels stuck or scattered, wants to narrow down options, asks "what should I work on," "what's most important," "how do I prioritize," or mentions anything related to focus, productivity, goal-setting, time blocking, or figuring out what matters most. Also trigger when someone says they have too much on their plate, can't decide between projects, wants to simplify, mentions "the one thing," "focusing question," "domino effect," or wants help with quarterly/annual planning. This skill works in both interactive mode (conversational, for humans) and non-interactive mode (structured output, for agents/automation).
