场景 3：通过内容类型操控的 JSON API CSRF

JSON API 端点不需要自定义头部。在 HTML 表单中使用 enctype="text/plain"，攻击者可以构造有效的 JSON 请求体来修改受害者的账户设置。

场景 4：基于 GET 状态变更的 SameSite=Lax 绕过
