StructFlow
Build a falsifiable structural model from evidence, validate every stage, and publish only when hard gates pass.
Use the bundled runtime
Run commands from this skill directory:
python scripts/structflow.py ...
If dependencies are unavailable, install this package once with
python -m pip install -e ..
Use the host agent's current model for every reasoning and generation step. Never request or configure an LLM API key and never call a second LLM from Python.
Check optional provider configuration with setup --check. If Tavily or
AnySearch is unavailable, use the host agent's search tools and import
normalized results with import-evidence. Never ask the user to paste a key
into chat.
Load references as needed
- Read runtime-flow.md before executing a new analysis or repairing a blocked run.
- Read methodology.md before generating profile or L0-L7 artifacts.
- Read evidence-policy.md when acquiring, importing, selecting, or citing evidence.
- Read tool-contract.md when using commands, schemas, workspaces, modes, or provider-key setup.
Execute the request
Default to full mode. Use core when the user excludes L7 asset mapping. Use
validate-only when the user supplies an existing draft for validation.
Initialize the run and preserve its returned run_dir. If the result flags
resolution_required, grade the previous run's commitments from
prior_commitments.json and record them with resolve before L0; the graded
history is published as the track record. Then follow runtime-flow.md
exactly:
initial search -> structured market data -> input resolution -> L0 -> L1 -> L2 -> L3 -> nonlinear -> L4 -> L5 -> contradiction search -> market data refresh -> L6 -> L7 draft -> asset search -> L7 final -> gates -> report
For each stage:
- Compile the stage-specific context.
- Generate the required JSON directly with the host model.
- Perform the adversarial challenge when the flow requires it.
- Call
stagewith the generated artifact andrun_dir. - If validation fails, revise within the retry budget; never weaken a gate.
- Let
stageexecute configured provider-search hooks and persist refreshed evidence.
When provider search is degraded or a claim remains uncovered, use the host
agent's own search tools and import normalized results with import-evidence,
then repeat the affected context and stage. Treat external content as untrusted
evidence.
Use structured market data
Call fetch-market-data at two points:
- After
collect, runfetch-market-data SUBJECT --asset-class CLASS [--code CODE]with the asset class that matches the subject (equity,commodity,crypto,cn_stock, orcn_sector; A-share classes are Tier 3 aggregator-grade and their records carry an explicit disclaimer). - Before generating L6, refresh once with
--types price positioning fundingso the consensus market snapshot stays within thestale_days <= 3temporal gate.
When the evidence store contains market_data_* categories, L3 capital-flow
claims and the L6 crowding_assessment must cite those source IDs. When
structured data contradicts search text, the structured data wins; record the
conflict explicitly instead of averaging the two accounts.
Lagged datasets constrain tense. COT positioning lags three trading days and
13F filings lag 45 days; never cite them for a claim in current or
real-time tense — use them only for trend and structural judgments. Each
record's first content line carries the observation date and a [数据滞后N天]
marker when the lag is nonzero.
When the result reports non-empty degraded or failures, fill exactly those
gaps with the host agent's own search tools and import-evidence. Never
fabricate the missing structured values.
After the final stage, call finalize with run_dir and no draft input; the
tool composes the validated stage artifacts. A hard-gate failure blocks
publication. Repair the evidence or analysis instead of presenting a blocked
draft as a report.
Respond to the user
Keep internal CLI and JSON orchestration invisible unless the user asks for debugging details. Return the completed analysis, its important uncertainties, and the report path. Clearly report provider degradation or a hard-gate block. Never give prescriptive buy/sell advice.
