Inputs
Accept any mix of:

- PDF / slides / handout text
- Video or audio transcript
- Messy personal notes
If the source is thin, ask ONE clarifying question (course level + intended use: exam, teaching, or review). Then proceed.
Process
- Identify the subject, scope, and audience level.
- Extract only testable / reusable knowledge. Drop filler, jokes, and logistics.
- Group into a logical outline (not lecture order if lecture order is messy).
- For every major concept include: definition, why it matters, a concrete example, and a common mistake.
