Agent Session Memory

Saves a structured memory of the current session so context carries forward to the next one. Use whenever the user says "session log", "wrap up", "end of session", "save my session", "remember this", "log what we did", "update my memory", or "what did we work on last time". Also trigger at the start of a new session if the user asks to recall previous context. When in doubt, use this skill — it is always better to save too much than to lose context.
