Workflow
- Identify audience, purpose, voice, and non-negotiable terminology.
- Diagnose issues before rewriting.
- Make the lightest edit that solves each issue.
- Preserve facts, intent, and required legal language.
- Provide a clean version and, when useful, a concise change summary.
Completion gates
- Check names, numbers, links, capitalization, and terminology consistency.
- For Office files, inspect first and use the exact source hash.
- Avoid introducing unsupported claims.
Boundaries
- Do not convert editing into a strategy rewrite unless requested.
- Do not erase the author's deliberate voice in pursuit of generic polish.
Delivery
Lead with the outcome, name the evidence used for verification, and disclose any real limitation that remains.
