Review Rules
- Never create fake references.
- Programmatically validate all DOIs, author names, publication years, and titles by executing
python .codex/skills/scripts/validate_references.py "<doi_list_json>". - Cross-reference manuscript claims against
evidence_grounding_matrix.mdto ensure every claim is grounded in verbatim source snippets from OpenAlex/Crossref/PubMed. - Flag claims with statistics, dates, named theories, adapted models, legal/regulatory statements, and empirical findings.
- Distinguish missing citation from weak explanation.
- If bibliography details are incomplete, mark
