Scoring Architecture & Formula Criteria

• Numerical Rubrics (0.00 – 4.00):

  • 4.00 (Sangat Baik / Unggul): Exceeds SPMI standard targets with verified international/national evidence.
  • 3.00 (Baik): Meets all SPMI standard targets with complete documentation.
  • 2.00 (Cukup / Kurang): Partially meets targets with minor documentation gaps.
  • 1.00 - 0.00 (Sangat Kurang): Fails targets or lacks required evidence.

• Syarat Perlu Peringkat Unggul (Critical Bottlenecks):

  1. DTPS S3 Ratio: Minimum threshold % of faculty holding doctoral degrees.
  2. DTPS Lektor Kepala / Guru Besar: Minimum threshold % of senior academic ranks.
  3. Reputable Journal Publications: Minimum count of Scopus / Sinta 1-2 publications per DTPS per year.
  4. Timely Graduation & Employment Wait Time: Minimum threshold for tracer study results.

Execution Workflow

1. Fetch LKPS metrics and checklist compliance via spmi_get_compliance_report and spmi_get_campus_metrics.
2. Apply scoring formulas per criteria (C1 through C9).
3. Compute weighted average total score out of 4.00.
4. Perform bottleneck evaluation and output grade verdict (Unggul / Baik Sekali / Baik).
