Check whether any of the six elements is still under-specified. If the user gave a vague answer (e.g. "verification: 看起來對就好"), flag it in the diagnosis section rather than silently writing a generic goal prompt.
Check whether the verification criterion is genuinely machine-verifiable. If the task hinges on subjective quality (e.g. "the article should have human voice"), recommend the user distil a Taste Profile first (the taste-distiller skill) and feed the result into Verification.
