Apple Voice Memos on iOS/macOS 14+ uses .qta (QuickTime Audio) files that embed native transcription directly in the file metadata.

Key Points:

• runs array alternates: [text, index, text, index, ...]
• attributeTable provides timestamps for each character
• JSON is embedded raw in the ilst/data atom

**TWO-PASS PROCESSING for Long Content (> 60 min):**

Common mistakes to avoid / 常见错误:
