Workflow

references/<op>.md - Execute steps — collectors live in
${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/collectors/, templates in${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/templates/, dashboard in${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/dashboard/

Confluence integration: requires Atlassian MCP server. Skipped silently if absent.
