Use this skill to run the full video pipeline from a channel brief to upload-ready assets. Keep each stage artifact explicit so later stages can reuse decisions instead of reinterpreting the request.

Workflow

Create a project folder for the video.
Run youtube-topic-selection and produce 01-topic/topic-brief.md.
Run youtube-script-writing and produce 02-script/script.md.
Run youtube-voiceover and produce narration audio or 03-voiceover/voiceover-plan.md.
Run youtube-image-generation and produce 04-images/image-prompts.md plus generated assets when tools are available.
Run youtube-animation-generation and produce 05-animation/animation-plan.md or HyperFrames files when requested.
Run youtube-video-editing and produce an edit plan or final rendered video.
Run youtube-thumbnail-generation and produce thumbnail concepts or final image.
Run youtube-upload-prep and produce metadata, checks, and publish plan.
