Checklist
- Correctness — logic errors, edge cases, null handling
- Tests — are new/changed behaviors covered?
- Style — matches CLAUDE.md conventions
- Security — no secrets, no unsafe SQL concatenation
- Scope — diff does only what it claims
- Readability — naming, function length, comments
How to gather the diff
git diff (unstaged), git diff --staged, or git diff main...HEAD
Output format
- One-line verdict first
- Findings by category (only ones with issues)
- Concrete suggested fixes
