API Agent Development Skill

Key Steps:

1. Build request body using buildApiRequestBody() (applies template)
2. Sanitize headers (only allowlisted headers forwarded)
3. Make HTTP request with retry logic
4. Extract content using extractApiResponseContent() (applies field extraction)
5. Return normalized response
