주의사항
- 로그가 비어 있으면 아무 것도 추가되지 않는다.
- 기존 '## Session History'섹션은 덮어 쓴다.
- 로그 파일 자체는 변경되지 않는다 (읽기 전용)
- Full Checkpoint는
.claude/checkpoints/에 축적된다. - Git 초기화되지 않은 프로젝트에서도 CLI 로그 부분이 작동한다.
