Quick Start

agent-foreman init

Creates: ai/tasks/, ai/progress.log, ai/init.sh, CLAUDE.md

TDD Mode (Default: Recommended)

During init, you'll be prompted for TDD mode. Recommended is the default (tests suggested but not required).
