AI SLOP AUDIT CHECKLIST

Before delivering ANY landing page, run this audit:

Copy Audit:

• Zero Tier 1 banned phrases
• All Tier 2 phrases replaced with specifics
• No structural AI tells (cookie-cutter intros, uniform paragraphs)
• Every claim has a number, example, or proof point
• Passes the "logo swap test" - copy is specific to THIS product
• Voice matches brand (not "polite robot at networking event")

Design Audit:

• Hero shows real product or real outcome (not abstract)
• No generic SaaS illustration characters
• Gradients are subtle accents, not the whole identity
• Layout has personality (not template-interchangeable)
• Typography has one distinctive choice
• Social proof uses real photos/names

The Ultimate Test: Read the page aloud. Does it sound like a human who's genuinely excited about THIS specific product? Or does it sound like a press release from any company?

Research-First Workflow

Step 1: Discovery Questions

Before starting any landing page, gather these essentials:

2. Target Audience: Who is the ideal customer? What's their pain?
3. Value Proposition: What's the ONE thing that makes this unique?
