Overview
Use uv build and publish commands to produce wheels/sdists and ship to PyPI. Core principle: build, verify, then publish.
Quick Reference

Workflow
- Build artifacts in
dist/. - Test install from wheel.
- Publish to Test PyPI, validate, then publish to PyPI.
