- Then: cross-milestone analysis (vision alignment, dependencies)
Review dimensions per milestone:
- Milestone Quality: Clear deliverables? Measurable success criteria?
- Sequencing: Does order make sense? Dependencies respected?
- Vision Alignment: Does this milestone contribute to the vision?
- Scope: Right-sized? Any scope creep traps?
