Streams in Effect

Overview

Effect Streams provide:

• Lazy evaluation - Elements produced on demand
• Resource safety - Automatic cleanup
• Backpressure - Producer/consumer coordination
• Composition - Transform, filter, merge streams
• Error handling - Typed errors in stream pipeline
