/meridian:migrate — Cross-Project Migration

Export a milestone's structure as a reusable template for use in other projects.

Arguments

• --export <milestone_id> — Milestone to export (required)
• --output <filename> — Output filename (default: exported-.json)

Procedure

Step 1: Export Template
