1.1.2 Profile Optimizer
This skill governs how an agent audits and rewrites a LinkedIn profile. The primary goal is to shift the profile from purely a "digital resume" into a high-conversion landing page.
1. ATS Triage & Keyword Parsing
- A profile should overlap at least 70% with standard Job Descriptions in the target niche.
- The 70/30 Rule: Ensure 70% of the keywords are hard skills (e.g., Python, Figma, ROI analysis), 30% are soft/leadership skills.
- Do not stuff keywords. Incorporate them naturally into accomplishment bullets.
2. Headline Engineering
The headline is the most seen real estate. It should answer three questions: Who do I help? How do I help them? What is the outcome?
- Format A: [Title] | Helping [Target Audience] achieve [Specific Result] using [Method/Tool].
- Format B (Authority): [Role] at [Company] — Ex-[Company] | [Specific Niche] Expert.
- Do NOT use nebulous terms like "Visionary," "Growth Hacker," or "Ninja."
3. Experience Section: The Executive Action Formula
Every bullet point in the experience section MUST follow this formula:
[Strong Action Verb] + [Strategic Initiative/Task] + [Measurable Business Outcome]
- Weak: "Responsible for managing a team of developers."
- Strong: "Directed a 5-person engineering team to rebuild the core API, reducing latency by 40% and cutting server costs by $12k annually."
4. The About Section (The Story Arc)
- First Sentence: Must hook the reader (it cuts off after 3 lines on mobile).
- Middle: Detail the professional journey, but focus on why the work matters, not just what was done.
- End: A clear Call To Action (CTA). Example: "Looking for fractional leadership? DM me or email me at [Email]."
5. Agent Workflow: The Profile Audit
When asked to "audit a LinkedIn profile":
- Score the profile out of 100 based on the sections above (Headline, ATS match, Executive Formulas).
- Highlight the 3 biggest weaknesses.
- Automatically rewrite the Headline and the top 3 Experience bullets using the correct formulas.
