Meabo Seobase Skills
AI marketing/SEO skills for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other AI coding tools. Audit a site, research keywords, check AI-answer visibility, and — the one thing no audit tool does — generate and publish a full article, all from your terminal.
Free skills need no account and use WebFetch/WebSearch only. Connect the Seobase
MCP server for live data: real Search Console/Bing numbers, Semrush backlink authority,
DataForSEO keyword metrics, AI-visibility (GEO) citation tracking, and the content
generation pipeline itself.

Get an API key from Seobase → Settings → Developer (live now). The hosted endpoint
above is deployed and healthy but not yet reachable at mcp.seobase.co — DNS is still
being wired up, see the roadmap note below. For local/dev use against a self-hosted
instance in the meantime, run the server directly: pnpm --filter @seox/mcp dev
(stdio transport).

Why this pack over an audit-only tool
Most "AI marketing MCP" packs (Cogny included) can audit a site, monitor rankings, and
draft copy for a human to paste elsewhere. None of them can generate and ship a page.
Seobase's core product is the content pipeline itself — /write-article runs the exact
keyword-to-published-article flow the Seobase app runs internally, from your terminal.
On raw data depth: Seobase's MCP is backed by a real Semrush gateway (organic keywords, backlink authority, AI-visibility) and DataForSEO, not just WebFetch guesswork or the free tier of Search Console/Bing.
Roadmap note (honesty, not hype)
Per Seobase's own house rule (never claim a capability the product doesn't have yet) — current status, not aspirational:
- Developer API keys: live. Settings → Developer on the app issues real bearer keys today.
- Hosted MCP server: deployed and healthy, running the multi-tenant HTTP
transport — but
mcp.seobase.coisn't resolvable yet (DNS/tunnel routing pending). Until it is, run@seox/mcplocally (stdio transport) against a self-hosted instance. - OAuth-in-browser: not built. Bearer-key auth only for now — intentionally scoped as a fast-follow once there's real usage to justify it.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tools are deliberately not listed: Seobase has no integration for either today.
