Outcome
Turn scattered abilities into one sentence a stranger can repeat:
I help [specific person], when [specific situation/problem], turn [current state] into [desired result].
The sentence is not a lifetime positioning. Treat it as a current test version.
Language
Default to the user's language. If the user writes in Chinese, draft Chinese positioning sentences and proof sentences. Keep English formulas only as optional structure.
Workflow
- Extract the user's sellable thing, target person, painful situation, next-step result, and proof.
- Translate abilities into buyer problems. Do not start from "I can do X"; start from "they are stuck at Y".
- Draft 5 to 10 sentence options with different degrees of specificity.
- Choose the version that is easiest to repeat, not the most impressive.
- Add one proof sentence answering "why you".
- Create a repeat-back test for 2 to 5 real people.
Read references/playbook.md when the user needs worksheets, examples, or a structured rewrite.
Rules
- Reject vague audiences such as "entrepreneurs", "women", "ordinary people", or "brands" unless narrowed into a specific situation.
- Replace abstract outcomes such as "empower", "transformation", "growth", and "strategy" with observable changes.
- Keep the sentence short enough to say out loud.
- Keep only one buyer, one moment, one problem, and one result in the first version.
- Preserve the user's real evidence. Do not invent credentials, revenue, results, clients, or audience size.
