Content Brief

Use this when

A validated topic or search opportunity needs to become a page, article, comparison, guide, or update.

Process

  1. Define the audience, situation, primary intent, desired next action, and why this business can answer credibly.
  2. State the page's promise and information gain in one sentence.
  3. Review the supplied evidence and list claims that need a source, example, product expert, or customer proof.
  4. Create an outline that follows the reader's questions rather than a keyword list.
  5. Suggest relevant internal links and a natural conversion path.
  6. Add an editing checklist for clarity, accuracy, originality, accessibility, and search presentation.

Output

Include working title, reader and intent, promise, angle, outline, evidence needs, internal links, CTA, metadata suggestions, and quality checklist.

Guardrails

Never fabricate quotes, results, expertise, or statistics. Do not force exact-match phrases or pad the outline with sections that do not help the reader.
