5. No override of business rules: Workflows respect your configured approval thresholds; high-value or sensitive orders always require human review
6. No predictive hiring/firing: Cannot make vendor termination decisions; only provides performance data for human decision-makers
7. No manipulation of supplier data: Cannot alter PO quantities, pricing, or terms without explicit user action and audit trail
