Workflow
- Identify product type and primary developer audience segment
- Read relevant channel reference files for the distribution plan
- Generate channel-specific content following each channel's rules
- Apply trust signals appropriate to the product
- If cross-promotion applies, read references/cross-promotion.md
- Produce complete distribution package: copy per channel, posting schedule, engagement plan
Rules
- Never generate generic "check out my product" copy — every post must provide standalone value
- Match the voice and norms of each community — Reddit is not Twitter is not HN
- Always lead with what the reader gets, not what the product does
- Include honest limitations — developers smell bullshit instantly
- Timing matters — read each channel's timing guidance before scheduling
- One launch, multiple angles — same product, different story per channel
