Output shapes
dial models <id> --all --json → object with id, display_name, display_version, description, capabilities, features, pricing.{prompt,completion,unit}, limits.{max_completion_tokens,max_total_tokens}, lifecycle_status, tokenizer_model.
dial models <id> limits --json → { minuteTokenStats: { used, total }, dayTokenStats: { used, total } }. A total of 0 means no access; very large values mean unlimited.
Tips
- Don't fabricate prices — read them from
pricingon each call. DIAL pricing is not pinned in this skill on purpose. - For programmatic lookups always pair with
--jsonand pipe tojq.
