This skill is the door in front of them: it asks the three choices that pick the creator and shape the body, the schematic, the semantic-schema families and the forms, and hands them over as known slots, so the creator asks only what is still open and never asks a slot twice across the hand-off (LAW.ASK.1, LAW.SCHEMA.10).
