Narrative Architecture — The Through-Line That Makes Everything Else Coherent
Most professionals carry around a "story" that is really a chronology — they went to medical school, did residency, joined a company, got promoted, and now want to pivot. Chronology is not narrative. Narrative is the shape a sophisticated audience can hold in their head after one read: what is this person aiming at, why is it credible, and why now.

The Thesis Sentence
The output of narrative architecture is a single sentence the user can deliver in any first conversation:
"I'm [current credibility] [past work that proves it], and I'm moving toward [target archetype] because [why-now], where I bring [the specific value that ties past to future]."
