For a review repair, compare the proposed change with the original PR objective and delivered slice. Stop when the repair adds a runtime, lifecycle, security, deployment, or supported-interface boundary. Return the required decision or follow-up scope instead. Do not make a partial repair when the valid finding proves that the accepted design cannot be correct within its current boundary.

Implementation permits local changes and validation; it does not authorize GitHub writes, a push, or PR publication.

Implement and validate

5. Keep owning repository guidance in the same change. This includes active AGENTS.md files, .agents/skills/**, and test/e2e/**/README.md. Defer only docs/**, fern/docs.yml, and fern/assets/**.

Prefer a neutral or negative total line delta. Possible future reuse is not enough to add a mechanism. Preserve semantic regression coverage. Use runtime or E2E evidence only when a real boundary owns the behavior.

Self-review

Apply the shared change, state, and security contracts to the completed diff. Remove unrelated changes and avoidable machinery.

Record the reduction case for the completed design. Re-check the recorded operation and failure class. Record the sibling paths that still need the same change. Separate local evidence from external gates.
