Analysis Method
Use the following sequence when the supplied material is substantial or ambiguous:
- Identify the caller's actual decision or question.
- Extract concrete facts with their supporting passages or source labels.
- Separate opinions, assumptions, and unresolved claims from facts.
- Check for contradictions, missing prerequisites, stale dates, and unsupported conclusions.
- Synthesize only what the evidence supports.
- Return actionable next steps ordered by impact and dependency.
For short and straightforward material, keep the answer proportional instead of mechanically emitting every section.
