OFW
Use this skill for OurFamilyWizard work when the user has OFW open in Chrome or asks to pull OFW reports, timelines, context, summaries, or message drafts.
Access
- Use the Chrome skill when the user says OFW is open in Chrome or asks to use their logged-in OFW session.
- Claim the existing OFW tab from Chrome's open-tab list; do not ask for or accept passwords.
- If no OFW tab is available, ask the user to open OFW and sign in themselves.
- Do not inspect cookies, local storage, passwords, browser profiles, or session stores.
- Do not bypass MFA, CAPTCHA, paywalls, permissions, retention limits, or app restrictions.
- Do not send OFW messages, delete records, edit records, submit forms, or change account data unless the user explicitly approves the exact action and text/data.
Report Workflow
- Prefer official OFW report/export tools over scraping visible page text.
- Download reports into the user's normal Downloads folder unless the user asks otherwise.
- For PDFs, use the PDF skill and extract text with available PDF tooling. Keep the original report filename and date visible in your notes.
- Preserve the difference between:
- data proven by OFW exports,
- data visible only on-screen,
- user-provided context,
- decree/court-document language.
- When producing counts, date ranges, exclusions, or timelines, state the filter used and verify it against source data before presenting it.
Family-Law Record Style
- Keep drafts factual, calm, and record-focused.
- Avoid inflammatory claims unless framed as the user's concern or effect, such as "creating the effect of isolating me as a parent."
- Do not provide legal advice. Summarize documents and draft communications from the available facts.
- When referencing a decree or order, quote or paraphrase only after checking the actual document text.
- For OFW messages, draft the message for user review. Do not send it without explicit approval.
Common Tasks
Call Logs
- Pull the official Calls Report when available.
- For missed/unanswered call timelines, parse call number, status, from, to, type, start, end, duration, and page.
- If the user wants to exclude days where a call was completed, verify by calendar date that the listed dates have zero completed OFW calls.
- Use careful wording: unanswered attempts did happen; what may be absent is a completed/answered OFW call.
Messages
- Use official message report/export tools when available.
- Draft responses or record messages in a neutral tone.
- Ask for confirmation before posting or sending.
Expenses, Journal, Calendar, And Timelines
- Prefer OFW report/export tools, then build a concise chronology.
- Keep original source dates and OFW labels intact.
- Flag gaps or assumptions separately from confirmed facts.
Browser Cleanup
- Keep the OFW tab open as a handoff tab when the user may continue in OFW.
- Close or omit only agent-created intermediate tabs after extracting what is needed.
