Section 2 -- Filing requirements

Who must file

Any person, business, or organization engaging in business activity in Washington is subject to B&O tax, regardless of whether the activity is profitable. There is no minimum filing threshold -- if you do business in Washington, you must register and file. Source: RCW 82.04.220.

E-1: No deductions for expenses
